Overview
Head of Performance and Development - Capita Growth Division Location - London About the role: We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Head of Performance & Development (P&D) to join the Capita Growth Division. This is an exciting new role where you will drive the P&D agenda in Growth, supporting the workstream lead in Consulting and own the end to end process of P&D across Growth (Inc. onboarding, Performance, L&D, etc) The Head of Performance & Development will work closely with the Divisional HR Director as well as proactively collaborating with the HR Business Partners to support with the delivery of Performance & Development focussed solutions to bring the People agenda to life and to support in the delivery of business strategy by creating an environment of positive people management; ensuring we attract, develop and retain talent. What you'll be doing: Work closely with the Growth HRBPs to manage stakeholders Client / business facing focus Design/Create/Contribute to the core competencies/behaviours and leadership that sit at the heart of the career and capability framework, linked to our Capita Core values. The capability and career framework should complement our operating model Needs to be able to identify what can be done by Growth when determining the scope of our career and capability framework Be able to define a set of expectations from our people in how their competencies should be assigned to levels and roles Design a career and capability framework that is in line with industry best practice within the consultancy, sales and marketing industry, which will be scalable model that supports the dynamic high-paced transforming business What we're looking for: You will most likely be looking to make a step up in your career and take on a challenging new role, to make it your own and deliver real impact, experience of working in a Consultancy and Marketing environment preferred You will have a proven record in business partnering to achieve results, excellent communication, influencing and networking skills at all levels with the ability to translate business requirements into suitable development solutions Experience in working in a complex organisation.
