Overview

Our client, a well-established, forward thinking, growing organisation require an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join their Finance team on a 12-18 month contract to cover maternity leave. You will assist in the processing of weekly payroll to temporary workers. Working in a team you will be instrumental in the management, success and development of all payroll procedures, ensuring that 1200 weekly members of staff are paid accurately & on time each week. Roles and responsibilities; Prepare the payroll procedures for weekly payroll to go as smoothly as possible New Starter & leaver management Ensure all new starter forms have been completed to HMRC standard Be able to collect, compile, analyse and enter payroll data using appropriate software Review and verify source documents Calculate deductions, pre and post-tax Issue statement of earnings, P11’s and payslips Reconcile employee payments and deductions Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies/errors Ensuring timely handling on all incoming queries from; candidates, clients and other staff members Reconciliation of payroll with timesheets & invoices Financial and statutory reporting AOE management Detailed knowledge of pensions, AE and in time our pension system PAYE procedures - FPS, EPS, EYU’s P11D Benefits Reporting Year End Procedures Holiday Pay management - understand our holiday pay procedures, be able to do all work necessary for holiday accruals, ensure everything is recorded accurately HR letters for statutory payments The ideal candidate will; Experience in Payroll CIPP qualification desirable Self-motivated and self-disciplined to follow the daily target driven structure First-rate communications skills; demonstrating confidence Ability to listen and articulate in all communication Be computer literate and familiar with standard MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) If you wish to apply, or for more information please contact Kayla Rinaldi By submitting your CV to Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd you are consenting to Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd providing you with recruitment services as an agency defined under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and authorising Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd to work seek on your behalf.
