Graduate Building Surveyor Needed in Cambridge Your new company This organisation has been established nearly 70 years ago and are a prominent property and planning consultancy that offers comprehensive professional and agency services operating nationwide out of their 7 offices. Their network and coverage stretch from Edinburgh down to the south coast. This national firm work in various sectors including residential. various asset classes within the commercial sector as well as specialist sectors such as transport and infrastructure and automotive and roadside. Offering their clients, a wide range of versatile services which makes them a prominent player in the market. They have recently opened a brand-new contemporary office which is right next to the central train station, making it accessible for commuters. Your new role As the graduate building surveyor your role will involve assisting colleagues advising clients on a broad range of matters including party walls, dilapidation's, project work and building surveys. You will be working with the building consultancy team, produce reports to clients on building consultancy projects and present with colleagues at client meetings. The role will be split across their brand new vibrant co working space office in Cambridge and Letchworth. What you'll need to succeed As the graduate building surveyor you will need to have obtained a RICS accredited degree and willing and ready to embark on your APC journey. Ideally you will have a minimum of one years experience operating in the commercial sector. You will be required to have a full clean drivers licence, good communication skills and be computer literate.
