No1 Site Manager near Greenwich, Newbuild 30 unit Residential Scheme, RC frame, £to 60k Your new company A SE London based Housebuilding contractor; expanding steadily over the last 10 years they are now one of the larger and most recognisable housebuilders in the area. Currently running with 10 live sites across South East London ranging from 5 detached houses to a 150 unit apartment scheme. With several new projects due on site in the coming months they now seek an experienced Senior site manager to be based on a new 30 unit scheme in the Croydon area. Your new role As the No1 site manager you will be reporting to a visiting contracts manager and responsible for all site based activity. You will be responsible for Sub contract management, H&S, The site diary, Costs and the general smooth running of the site. What you'll need to succeed You will need a strong site management background with experience building small medium sized traditional build residential schemes. You will need current SMSTS, valid First Aid and CSCS qualifications. You also need to be comfortable travelling/working in the Croydon/SE area. What you'll get in return You will be working for a reputable main contractor permanently. The salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 generous package/bonus.
