Business Title: Onsite Project Manager Auto req ID: 9609BR Regular / Temporary:: Temporary Country: United Kingdom Overall Job Summary: 6 months fixed term contract. This Project Manager position requires previous experience of multiple line project management is key. This role requires an individual with impeccable organisation, presentation and communication skills who can illustrate their experience in multitasking and administrative 'cradle to grave project management'. This role will be to support the Schawk Account Management team in all aspects of project management, enabling greater levels of client service and more effective use of Internal Studios' resource. It would be preferable if the applicant already had either the retail / FMCG markets or print / packaging experience. Main Purpose of the Job * To work closely with the onsite Account Manager aiming to achieve right first-time delivery. Responsible for ensuring successful completion from baton handover to file to printer. Job Responsibilities: Main Responsibilities * Brief work into Schawk Production Studios using the Schawk Management Information System (MIS), demonstrating meticulous attention to detail on briefs and ensuring that the Internal Studio team has all the information including usable files they need for jobs to progress. * Responsible for prioritising workload and effectively managing your time to ensure we are adhering to the critical path, with the help of Studio and Production Manager. * Resolve queries in a timely manner, allowing for effective use of Internal Studio resource. * Chase and take ownership for ensuring your tasks are completed through the MIS workflow on time and as planned. Prioritise and communicate back to on-site Account Managers and client's key stakeholders. * Manage details regarding projects' status on online trackers, ensuring these are updated continuously during the day as tasks evolve to maintain visibility of project status. Weekly tracker meetings with the Account Manager so they receive an update of all lines progressing through the studio and can relay to the client. * Work with the Creative Artwork Team, Studio Brand Guardian and Studio manager to ensure that range reviews are carried out on all ranges. * Manage the approval of photography, artwork and repro to ensure the critical path and KPIs are met. Ensuring there are no more than 2 version of artworks, escalating if this happens. * To hold weekly team meetings including forward loading information and communicate team concerns and solutions effectively, escalating to the appropriate departments and people where required. * Keep all administrative duties up-to-date and ensure these are completed on time. * To have a clear understanding of all internal procedures relating to Schawk and ensure all work is carried out within the client process. * Take ownership for daily dispatch and courier related task as requested. * Support with organising client and supplier Ways of Working/studio tours as required. Manage these sessions and present the artwork and repro process. * To communicate and complete invoicing information when requested Team and Client Behaviours * Be a positive and supportive calming member of the team and maintain a professional attitude at all times. * Be able to closely support the on-site Account Managers and Internal Studio teams, building strong relationships with all cross-site teams. * Act as an ambassador for Schawk, develop and maintain good client relationships with the client's key stakeholders: Category teams, Design team, printers and suppliers. * Raise any issues whether client, production or team related, to the Internal CSR Manager to address issue and resolve accordingly. * Buddy team members during peak volume periods as work fluctuates and for holiday and sickness. * Information Management * Liaising directly with the studio and production manager to manage hotspots and ensure clear communication of issues and deadlines to Account Manager so that they can inform the client at the earliest opportunity. Qualifications / Requirements: Project Management skills and experience preferable. * Strong organisational skills along with ability to multi-task. * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. * Excellent attention to detail. * Flexible and hardworking, with the ability to move to different areas within the business as workload fluctuates. * Ability to learn, adhere to and uphold process. * A team player, with an efficient and proactive approach. * Approachable and trustworthy. * PC literate - Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Java. * Experience of industry web based MIS briefing and approval systems.
