Fire Safety Systems Surveyor based in Camden £40-50k per annum Your new company An opportunity to join one of London's largest Housing Associations. As a member of the G15, this organisation manages around 17,000 homes across London and the South East and have plans to build thousands more over the next 10 years. Your new role They are looking for a Fire Safety Systems Surveyor to join their Compliance team. Due to recent events housing is becoming more heavily focused on fire safety requirements and meeting a high number of targets. You will be responsible for looking at management of all fire safety systems across the housing stock in North and East London. This includes fire extinguishers, alarms and sprinklers. This is predominantly a site-based role however you will also be required to attend the head office too. There is also an out of hours emergency call-out rota which is on a rotational basis. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role you must have a suitable or relevant surveying qualification from within a fire inspection, surveying or system installation environment. You must also have experience in a similar role with at least 2 years contract management experience and have budget management experience.
