Structural Technician
Overview
A premium consultancy in Edinburgh seeks an experienced Structural Technician. Your new company A busy consultancy based in Edinburgh's City Centre, who are delivering a range of projects in a diverse number of sectors, some of which are unprecedented within Edinburgh's market. Recently, the practice has grown naturally as the Director's have cultivated their reputation among key Architects, Developers and Contractors, as well as extending their reach further, with projects further afield than Scotland. Your new role In your new role you will be using Revit, RebarCAD and AutoCAD to produce accurate technical engineering drawings in accordance to the specification of the projects which will predominantly be within the buildings sector. You will liaise with other technicians, engineers, architects and clients to ensure the efficient running of projects. What you'll need to succeed You will need a HNC in a relevant engineering discipline or similar. You will be fully competent and experienced in AutoCAD. It is essential that you have significant Experience of using Revit within a Building Structures environment . Fundamentally, you will be a self-motivated and hardworking person, who wants to join a busy and fast-paced engineering consultancy. What you'll get in return You will receive a very competitive salary between £30000 - £40000 with excellent benefits depending on experience.
