Structural Engineer Premium Structural Engineering position in Edinburgh One of our most trusted clients, a prestigious engineering consultancy, is currently seeking a seasoned and multifaceted Structural Engineer to become part of their Edinburgh team, based in the City Centre. In recent years, the business has grown naturally, as the Directors have cultivated their reputation by maintaining a busy workflow with Contractors, Developers, and Architects that are key players in the Scottish market, and have continued to expand out-with Scotland. The firm's projects include work in most sectors, and are pioneering new projects in Edinburgh. Your new role You will become part of a team that provide structural engineering services to the construction market across the UK. You will be responsible for structural design and analysis, using modern design and calculation software such as Revit, TSD and Tekla Tedds. You will also perform site visits, surveys and follow-up reports for both office and client use. What you'll need to succeed You will require a relevant accredited Civil or Structural Engineering degree, preferably at Masters' levels. You will be Chartered or willing to work toward Chartership. UK experience in a consultancy role is essential so as to have comprehension of BS and EC for structural design. Experience of, or willingness to learn the noted software is necessary.
