Multi Skilled Operative required for Public Sector Services in Stoke Your new company A reputable public sector organisation based in Stoke, are looking for an experienced multi skilled operative to join their maintenance team on a temporary basis. Your new role As part of the Estate Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for maintenance and repair work, which will include but is not limited to fixing and repairing and installing of fixtures, general carpentry, changing light fittings and some painting. You will be carrying out the odd jobs to keep the building running smoothly and efficiently. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will be able to carry out a wide variety of plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating duties. Any qualifications, such as City & Guilds would be advantageous. What you'll get in return In return you will get a long term contract with competitive rate of pay.
