Stoke - Social Housing - Multi Trade - Van - DBS - Maintenance - Temp to Perm - Asbestos Awareness - ASAP Your new company Your new company is a well-established social housing provider based in Stoke-on-trent. They have stock across all over the Midlands and require operatives to be flexible in where they can work. Your new role In your new role you will be providing building maintenance in a variety of trades using your multi skilled background. The work will first of be carried out in Voids and will be then carried out into Occupied property. You will need to provide your own van and tools for this position. Every day you will be required to check into the depot before being handed your work on a PDA device. Work will be monitored on the speed of completion. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will have to be able to: - Provide your own van - Provide your own tools - Asbestos Awareness - Clean Basic DBS - Relevant experience in social housing and general maintenance - Have a City & Guilds or NVQ qualification What you'll get in return In return you will get the opportunity to work a 37 hour week, you will be paid £18 per hour and get paid on a weekly basis. After a 12-week temp/trial period there will be an opportunity for to become a permanent member of staff. This includes a company vehicle, fuel card and various of other benefits.
