Mechanical Supervisor, Job, Supervisor, Brighton, Fixed Term, Job, Maintenance Your new company Your new company is currently overseeing the FM services for a large, growing and highly regarded estate in the Brighton area. As new projects start we are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to come in on a fixed term contract till the end of July overseeing minor works both reactive and planned. Your new role Your new role as the Mechanical Supervisor will see you manage and maintain an expansive site consisting of, Housing, Laboratories, Lecture theatres, Sporting facilities, office and more. As the Estate goes through further development and new phased planned maintenance programmes you will be working on both planned and reactive works amongst small projects. Working in a fast-paced environment you will work with relevant teams and sub-contractors to ensure all works are delivered with minimal disruption to the estate. What you'll need to succeed As the successful candidate you will have a background working in a similar environment and from a maintenance background. Hard working and able to manage client expectation you will be a professional, diligent, and intuitive who is driven to complete tasks at the highest levels.
