Handy person job paying up to £23000 per annum Your new company You will be working for a one of a kind housing charity who specialise in providing housing to support vulnerable adults to assist with their tenancies. Their sole purpose is to find and provide excellent quality domestic residential accommodation for people with learning disabilities. Due to recent growth, they are having a recruitment drive and looking for new members to join their close-knit team. Your new role You will be carrying out general maintenance duties within the tenant's properties, duties will include DIY tasks, painting & decorating and basic carpentry. Jobs will be called in throughout the day that you will need to attend covering the Sussex area. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will need to have a background in maintenance/handy person duties. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be passionate about people, reliable, committed to the job and be empathetic by nature. This is a mobile position, so you will need to be a driver with a clean licence.
