Labourer Job Basildon Basildon - CSCS Labourer - Ongoing Temp Your new company Reputable Commercial Build employer in Basildon with requirement for ongoing CSCS Labourer to join the team. Your new role Reporting into the Site Manager, you will be an experienced CSCS labourer with a good depth of trade relevant site labouring within your current or most recent contracting role. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including lift and shift work, site cleaning, basic trade works including painting/decorating and patchwork plastering, and other trade relevant tasks as required. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in the role, you will have a valid CSCS card and proven experience working through agency hire on long term contracts, as they will be looking to continue the successful worker into multiple opportunities through peak season, ensuring continuity of work for candidates and completion of site work within relevant time frames. What you'll get in return In recognition of your site labouring contributions, you will be offered a labouring hourly rate, and will be offered opportunities to continue work with the same employer ensuring you are working weekly on a Monday to Friday basis.
