Thank you. __________________________________________________________________ A global commodities trading firm in the City are looking for a dynamic Team Assistant to join their collaborative team. This role is crucial to the business through supporting a Senior Executive and their fast-paced growing team whilst also managing the front of house. The ideal candidate will be extremely client focused, have a flexible attitude, be proactive and take pride in their work. Responsibilities Providing Team Assistant support to one Executive Director and his team Book regular international and domestic travel for the ED and team Weekly expense reporting and regularly monitoring and clearing expenses Calendar management including meeting reminders Preparing printouts of meeting materials Ad hoc projects eg. office parties Welcome and register all visitors and follow defined sign-in procedures Receive all calls to the London main line and relay to appropriate staff member Preparation of meeting rooms and ensuring rooms are tidy after use Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies Working closely with the Office Manager and PA team to ensure the smooth running of the office Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Receptionist and/or Administration position required Some experience in a Team Assistant role preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook Pleasant and professional demeanor Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise tasks Willingness to work within a team environment as well as individually Strong attention to detail Ability to work on multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
