Design Manager Perm Role City of London – Liverpool Street £60,000 Situated in the heart of the city, our prestigious client, a top global Law Firm, is seeking an outstanding Design Manager to join their pioneering design team to lead the collaboration of the London, Sydney and Mumbai design teams. The ultimate candidate for the Design Manager role will have strong management experience and be eager to join the fast-paced team managing 2 graphic designers. The principal intent of the role will be overarching accountability of the excellence and timeliness of delivery of design services to UK/EMEA/US offices. Responsibilities As the design manager, produce engaging visuals and provide creative direction to the team. Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the firm, whilst thinking strategically and outside the box to meet their needs. Manage workflow, distributing work to ensure quality and efficiency, across London and Mumbai teams, and guaranteeing the team uses production schedules as required. Working with clients to ensure design briefs have suitable information, particularly for the Mumbai office. Ensure design products are delivered on time and at the appropriate level of quality, and, where required, ensures the team delivers high quality, creative and client-centric outputs that help win work. Ensure the team provides a consistently high level of customer service, whilst using consistent global messaging. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the visual brand, whilst promoting brand awareness and consistency in accordance with the brand guidelines. Lead a creative and efficient design team, and build and maintain a positive, collaborative, high performing culture. Work with the Head of Design and Director Brand & Marketing Drive collaboration with Sydney and Mumbai design teams. Maintain a pipeline of major work, capturing large booked in projects.
