Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer Award-winning Restructuring team £75,000 - £95,000 Join a leading International Law Firm: Award-winning Restructuring team High level of support and training Work closely with market-leading Partners Friendly and supportive environment Good work/life balance compared to that of the Magic Circle Future facing law firm that offers excellent development and progression opportunities Your role as a Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer: Advise on a variety of market-leading national and international non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters Work with a range of clients including turnaround specialists, distressed debt funds, investment banks, retail banks, pension scheme trustees, listed and privately-owned companies, regulatory bodies, boards of directors, financial advisors and insolvency office-holders. Client facing role that maintains a high-level of responsibility This opportunity to become Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer is perfect for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who: Has c.1-3 years PQE Has a strong academic background Has prior experience of advising on non-contentious restructuring matters or Is a junior Finance associate from other disciplines looking to expand their practice knowledge into R&I Pro-Legal has a long-standing relationship with this organisation and we would love to add you to the group of successful and satisfied individuals we work with.
