Overview

This global law firm is looking to recruit an associate to join its London office. The team advises on all aspects of cross border and transactional tax issues, particularly capital raising, M&A and joint ventures, real estate and investment funds and tax based and structured finance. The ideal recruit will be a skilled technical lawyer but also demonstrate a high degree of commercial acumen. The team is collegiate and supportive and is looking for an ambitious team player to come on board.
