The Job This role provides support to one of the Executive Assistants of the group CEO who is a serial entrepreneur co-founding the likes of Lastminute.com and Made.com. The role will involve a mix of both personal and business duties. The job breakdown: • Responsible for organising the CEO’s day to day requirements from each business he is affiliated with. • Manage extremely busy calendar, optimizing daily schedules for productivity. • Perform general administrative duties such as scanning documents, filing hard copy and electronic files, processing mail, and scheduling board meetings and internal catch ups within the company. • A variety of operational roles, e.g. social media, email introductions etc • Assist with CEO’s expense reports and company-wide matters, as well as personal items needed. • Send out invoices, manage payments received and basic accounting. • Update The UK Ambassador team of all events, dinners and roundtables events. • Plan travel trips e.g. transport and itinerary. • Manage and update contact database. • Personal admin e.g. book restaurants, organise dinners, manage personal training schedule, add family activities to calender (son’s football, 3 x children’s half terms etc), book driver, send thank you presents and godchildren presents, make insurance claims, book doctor and dental appointments. • Run out and grab lunch for the CEO and guests when necessary. • Help organise investment lunches and meetings. Who Fits the Bill? • Educated to degree level is preferred. • You need to be seriously organised, with a keen eye for detail, be proactive and autonomous. • Be able to manage your own workload and motivate yourself, the working environment is not to micromanage employee’s every move. • A good sense of judgement leading to effective decision making. • Strong computer skills and familiar using Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs. • A positive attitude and a real hunger to learn. • This is a sociable, young and ambitious office and they look for new team members to share the same ambition.
