PA in Luxury Hospitality Sector | Knightsbridge | Permanent | £35k per annum Benefits Your new company This organisation is an international luxury hotel chain that has multiple properties across the world, particularly in the Middle East, Europe and Asia. They are now looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team in the heart of Knightsbridge, at one of their world-class locations. Your new role Your position will be to support the General Manager/Regional Director in London and will include duties such as managing the GM's diary and inbox, drafting agendas for meetings, putting together presentations and other documents, meeting management including minute taking, travel arrangements, collating reports and more. You will be an instrumental member of team and will be acting as a liaison between the GM and internal & external stakeholders of the business to ensure the smooth running of the day to day activities of the hotel as well as any special projects & events. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience working within the hospitality or tourism sector in a similar capacity or as a front of house manager, excellent written & verbal communication skills, a passion for customer service and fluency in English.
