Compliance and Contract Delivery Officer Ref: VR/35754 CA A local authority based in London is looking for a Compliance and Contract Delivery Officer. The role will be to ensure the statutory compliance function which is responsibility of Housing Property Services is carried out effectively, all actions are allocated and followed up in a timely fashion. You will also manage relevant contractors, consultants and internal relationships to ensure that all statutory tests and reports (such as FRAs, Water Hygiene, LGSRs) are carried out in a time with the Councils policies. This will ensure where actions are identified, as a result of these, that they are followed up in the agreed timescales and supporting evident is within appropriate systems.
