Overview
A new opportunity has just become available for a Band 6 Nurse Team Leader (NTL) to work within an NHS Mental Health Patient Quality and Safety Service within Norwich. •£150 NEW NURSE SIGN UP BONUS •Do you know someone who would be interested in this role? We offer a £250 referral bonus per successful candidate that is referred Temporary pay rate: Days: £24ph ltd Hours and length of contract: •Part time: 22.5 hours per week (3 days) •Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 •The manager is looking for the position to be filled ASAP with an initial 3-month contract length. Daily Duties: You will be working independently within the Complaints/PALS department to manage a case load of complaint investigations to ensure that these are investigated in line with compliance policy. Duties will include but are not limited to: •Managing and reporting issues which impact on the accurate and timely investigation of complaints to the complaints manager •Highlighting any concerns that arise during the investigation •Ensuring accurate and timely record keeping and data storage always throughout the investigation process •Sharing identified learning points from complaints and incidents with the relevant departments •Producing comprehensive factual investigation reports and drafting response letters in liaison with the Complaints Team •Ensuring that all relevant corporate policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to •Investigation of Complaints and Incidents •Ensuring efficient use of organisational resources at all times, by working in a cost-effective manner maximising the use of such resources •Handling and storing all confidential information in line with information governance and data protection guidance •Maintaining accurate records in relation to all complaint information and consultations with outside agencies Person specification: The applicant must be DBS cleared and have previous experience in the field.
