Overview
Eden Brown Synergy is currently working alongside NHS TRUST, who are looking for a Dietician to come in and join their ever growing Dietitian Team.Your Responsibilities will involve:- Undertaking nutritional assessments of patients with a range of complex medical conditions- Educate and advise patients with diet-related disorders on the practical ways in which they can improve their health and prevent disease by adopting healthier eating habits- Devise, monitor, review and improve nutritional care plans- Deliver group sessions to a range of audiences, such as children and patients- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to gain patients cooperation in following recommended dietary treatments- Liaise with hospital staff and external agencies to ensure the smooth transition of patients discharged from hospital back into the community so that they can continue with their diet planThe right person will be able to:- Work as part of a team as well as autonomously on his/her own initiative.- Carry their own caseload of patients- Lead and develop the dietetic service provision for the inpatient unit.
