Overview
Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Band 8b Community Services Manager to work at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. Contract – 6 month agency contract with a view to being extended on an ongoing basis. Rate of pay – £35 - £38 per hour This is negotiable depending on experience – please send over your CV with the required rate. Working Pattern – Full time – Monday - Friday About the role The post holder is responsible for the strategic planning and operational oversight of services within a Care Group or specialist service. The post holder is responsible for all aspects of quality, safety, performance and service development within their area, in line with the Care Group and Trust-wide policies and protocols. The post holder will work in partnership with the wider leadership team for each area; supporting clinical engagement and leadership of, quality, safety, performance and service development. As a member of the Care Group leadership team, the post holder will also work collaboratively to manage and achieve improvements in Trust services generally. To work in partnership with clinicians, People Participation Leads (PPLs) and other stakeholders to support clinical engagement and leadership of quality, safety, performance and service development. To develop a culture of continuous improvement in, quality, safety and performance within all designated services. To lead and develop services within agreed resources including support services (e.g. Human Resources, ICT), staffing and finance About you Experience of managing health and social care integrated services Evidence of sound budgetary management experience Working in partnership with Health and Social Care providers.
