Permanent Sales Administrator Role based in Stretford paying 21k Your new company A housing organisation are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join their new development team on a permanent basis due to growth in the business. Your new role Supporting the development and Sales programme you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative service to the whole team. This will include ensuring all administration takes place to agreed timetables and budgets and in line with compliance processes, liaising with consultants, solicitors, valuers, local authority and Homes England. Assist with booking meetings and organising meeting rooms and other duties as required. This is a full time role working 35 hours with flexibility offered. What you'll need to succeed To be successful you will need proven previous experience in an administration role preferably within social housing or sales administration. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be proactive and organised.
