Overview

With a new CEO in place our client are going through an exciting period of change. They are seeking a committed Head of People who can hit the ground running with an exciting opportunity to make their stamp. Overseeing a process of Change Management including a restructuring of the organisation, the creation of new roles and modernisation of the organisation. You will lead the continuous improvement team and partner with stakeholders to engender a change throughout the business. You will be enabling operational delivery whilst influencing strategic change and positioning and strengthening People work-streams to support business direction. Providing coaching to embed people related changes, established innovative schemes to forge a framework for the future and articulated and sourced necessary skills.
