Overview
Prospectus is supporting CST, who work to protect British Jews from anti-Semitism and related threats by providing security services, advice and training to Jewish communities and organisations across the country, in their search for an IT Support Assistant. The overall purpose of this role is to provide first and second line support for internal users on PCs, Macs and mobile devices including diagnosing and where possible solving hardware and software faults in person or on the phone. You will also monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, support new installations and configure new systems and change programmes. To be successful as an IT Support Assistant you will have a good knowledge of Windows 10 and Office applications, excellent problem-solving skills and a determination to see projects through from start to finish. Â Having a basic understanding of IT networks, cloud technology and computer security are a huge bonus. Although not essential, an understanding or affinity with the importance of security services in the Jewish community is also desirable.
