Overview

Service Operations Manager Birmingham £65-75k Car Allowance Package A Service Operations Manager is required to join a leading IT services organisation with a specific focus and accountability for major incident management services for internal and external customers. This position is ideally suited to someone from an MSP background with a proven background in major incident management and a passion for building long term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Own the Major Incident Management process, policy and procedures Lead a team across multiple locations Prioritise service improvement activities Define and measure service metrics and KPI's Point of escalation for BAU activities Service definition for new clients and ensuring operational readiness for go-live To be considered you'll need: Proven expertise with major incident management within an MSP environment Service Operations and Delivery experience within a large-scale organisation Strong management skills, ideally experienced managing teams across multiple locations ITIL knowledge/certification Experienced working within a fast-paced ever changing environment Strong service attitude Ability to work under pressured Knowledge of ServiceNow This is an urgent role with an immediate position available so apply today for immediate consideration.
