Pastry Chef - luxury hotel - 2 AA Rosette - Daventry We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef to support both the Head and Sous Chef to bring vision and depth of knowledge to the existing afternoon tea and dessert offering. The Pastry Chef will be passionate about using seasonal produce and will have experience of developing and producing a variety of free from menus to ensure everyone has the opportunity to indulge. The Place Our client is part of a luxury hotel group. This property is a beautiful luxury country house hotel on the outskirts of Daventry. We are recruiting for a Pastry Chef to take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of cuisine within the 2 AA rosette restaurant, private dining and weddings, creating fantastic memories for the hotel guests. Have a friendly, genuine and approachable manner Have a real passion for food and creating amazing dishes Demonstrate dedication, motivation and positivity Be flexible to cover shifts as required As the hotel is located in a rural location outside of Daventry, having your own reliable transport is essential if not living in.
