Head Chef – Multi Rosette Restaurant – Hertfordshire OTE 50k Competitive salary package of £50,000 made from basic, service charge and KPI bonus Our client is looking for a head chef to lead their modern British restaurant and to help gain further accolades and achieve 3AA rosettes This is a well-established 50 cover restaurant in the Hertfordshire countryside but still close to a city The restaurant has a very strong local following as well as being a destination restaurant They currently hold 2AA rosettes but aiming to win a third rosette- Make a name for yourself Seasonal Modern British Closed Sunday night, all day Monday and Tuesday The head chef will be given full freedom to develop menus to win a third rosette, with the full support of the GM and owners Managing a team of 8 chefs Previous experience to a senior sous or head chef level within 3AA rosettes or Michelin kitchens is required and cooking seasonal Modern British food COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
