Company: This very exclusive Private Members Club consists of an elegant fine Dining Restaurant serving fresh seasonal Modern European cuisine for approximately 150 covers daily.There is also a the Club room which is an all-day casual dining restaurant serving approximately 200 covers daily The highly acclaimed multi award winning Head Chef is looking for an experienced Commis Chef to join the brigade. The Commis Chef vacancy offers on going training and excellent chances of progression to Demi Chef de Partie Commis Chef Salary & Benefits: Salary of £21,700 for 48 hour week Additional paid overtime £23,000 for a 50 hour week 5-6 shifts per week only 4 weeks paid holiday Meals on duty Pension scheme Additional bonuses Excellent chances of progression. Commis Requirements; At least 3 months experience as a Commis Chef Worked within a similar fine dining operation Must have worked with fresh seasonal produce Organisational skills are very important Must be a team player Ability to follow instructions from Senior Chefs Good knowledge of Stock control Good understanding of Health & Safety regulation Must be punctual Looking for progression.
