Overview

Head Chef – Central London - £45,000 I am currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join the team of one of our new and quickly expanding clients. My client is looking for a dynamic Chef to head up their team in this exciting late night venue. A fantastic opportunity to work within an amazing concept company who are quickly growing and expanding in the UK, with other locations based overseas also. The Chef will be responsible for a head count of 11 and will be accountable for the sales, growth and food of the kitchen for this 50-cover restaurant. All food is cooked from fresh using only the finest of ingredients sourced from local suppliers. Depending on experience and a successful interview/trial the right candidate could earn £45,000 plus bonus. It is ESSENTIAL applicants have the following:- Ability to lead, drive and support a team of 14 Chefs Focus on the quality and high standard of food, whilst adhering to company specs Fresh food experience Sales focussed, aware of systems and specifications With a fantastic salary on offer and more than achievable £4K bonus, this could be the perfect role for an experienced Head Chef looking to enhance and develop their career further by joining a fantastic, growing project such as this one.
