We are currently working alongside a 5 Country Inn that is seeking a Passionate Chef De Partie to assist the head chef & management team in maintaining this 2AA Rosette award winning Restaurant in Kirby Lonsdale. This family run boutique 11-bedroom property combines the character and charm of a 17th century inn and award-winning service to serve customers a treat of the areas finniest produce to a high standard, utilizing the local area this 6-man brigade work hard to serve traditional food with modern gastronomic twists. The right Candidate will have previous experience in a similar environment someone that has already gained 2-3 years’ experience in accoladed background or an eager Commis Chef that has developed their skills to a point where they are ready to take on the next step in their career. The average working week is 45-48 hours depending on business, 5 days over 7 for a Great salary of £20K-22K per annum plus a Tips Package in place as well.
