Overview
We are delighted to be recruiting for a Chef De Partie for our clients thriving, quality food led pub located near the Leeds/Bradford area. The establishment is a huge hit with the locals with a growing consumer base, and has acquired a strong reputation for delivering fantastic, consistent food which has a strong influence on traditional and modern British cuisine. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with plans from the companies’ owners to extend to keep up with rising trade. The focus is to use ingredients which are as locally sourced as possible and always in keeping with seasonality. To further develop the business offering, there are plans to establish a high end outside catering part of the company to provide quality wedding functions throughout the year. Candidate Role · Assume responsibility for the running of a designated section. · Perform duties as required by the senior chefs. · Ensure the consistency of your work is in line with the standards set by the Head Chef. · Assist in daily food prep and service. · Adopt and maintain the kitchens hygiene protocols. · Assist in the training and development of the junior members of the team.
