We are delighted to be recruiting for a Head Chef for our clients thriving, quality food led pub located near the Leeds/Bradford area. The establishment is a huge hit with the locals with a growing consumer base, and has acquired a strong reputation for delivering fantastic, consistent food which has a strong influence on traditional and modern British cuisine. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with plans from the companies’ owners to extend to keep up with rising trade. The focus is to use ingredients which are as locally sourced as possible and always in keeping with seasonality. To further develop the business offering, there are plans to establish a high end outside catering part of the company to provide quality wedding functions throughout the year. Candidate Role ·Assume the responsibility of overlooking the kitchen. ·Work alongside the GM to develop the business · Ensure the consistency of your work. · Assist in daily food prep and service. · Adopt and maintain the kitchens hygiene protocols. ·Train and develop the junior members of the team.
