Assistant Chef - Windsor - circa £18,500 - Term Time Only An amazing opportunity has arisen to work for a contract catering company who pride themselves on investing in their employees with fantastic opportunities to develop your skills. The Assistant Chef role itself offers a fantastic work life balance with all shifts day time hours from 7am - 2:30pm or 12am-20:00pm ideal for any chef wanting to continue working with fresh food and high standards and still having that time for family life outside of work. As an Assistant Chef you will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen working closely with the Head Chef serving and assisting in producing breakfast, lunch and supper for the students and staff of around 60 people. You will be expected for ensuring food standards are kept high, as well as ensuring all HACCP and COSHH requirements. Experience in a similar contract catering role is essential for this client as they are looking for someone to come in and really hit the ground running. You will need to show drive, ambition and an ability to motivate and be able to work solely when Head Chef is absent. This position is paying circa £18,500 per annum and provides, fantastic fresh food and a real opportunity for growth in a work life balance position.
