Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Corporate Finance Manager to work with an award winning accountancy practice based in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will work with a talented team of individuals to deliver clear, transaction related advise to clients. The key responsibilites of the role are: Providing expert advice and guidance to clients Producing business plans, information memorandums and business valuations Carrying out detailed research to identify potential strategic buyers Preparing detailed financial models Helping to market businesses for sale Leading transactions The ideal candidate will be fully qualfied and although an accountancy practice background is preferred, our client is happy to consider candidates from industry. You should be passionate about providing an excellent client service, be able to work within tight deadlines and have the confidence to build lasting relationships with external stakeholders.
