Overview
QED Legal are working with a leading North East Commercial Law firm who are looking for an Corporate Lawyer, with at least 3 years' PQE, to join their successful practice in the city centre. The right candidate will have at least 3 years' experience at a national or large regional firm and must be excellent technically. You should be comfortable maintaining and developing existing client relationships and help grow the offering through business development. The role is really varied and encompasses Mergers and Acquisitions Corporate Restructuring Corporate Finance Private Equity Due Diligence Corporate Governance and Compliance Company Secretarial Joint Ventures and Collaborations The firm offer a competitive financial package benefits.
