Overview
Our fast growing entrepreneurial client is a multi-channel retailer based in Central London. As the business continues to grow they require a finance leader, reporting to a CFO acting as the No. 2 finance officer within the business. The ideal candidate will be a assured individual, not afraid to get into the detail, but who can equally provide the financial and strategic insight, to drive the business. This is a fantastic role with real influence and extremely broad based in a dynamic business. The ideal candidate will be ambitious for their first Finance Director role and be capable of achieving that in the medium term. You will be a qualified accountant with good academics and a real intellectual curiosity. You will be a qualified accountant with subsequent experience gained in a product/Retail type environment or you will have trained in a product led business with good all round financial control and commercial analysis experience. Some International accounting experience would be a distinct advantage and you must be able to demonstrate good career progression and drive.
