Overview
Our client, a renowned music agency is seeking a Junior Client Accountant to handle a fast-paced role. Key responsibilities will include: Collating currency conversion reports. Handling refunds to promoters. Maintaining and reconciling client accounts on Sage 200. Raising weekly statement for artist. Making payments to artists. Credit Control for individual shows of the agents overseeing. Recharging artists for expenses. Raising commission invoices on a weekly basis. Ensuring accurate recording of multi-currency transactions. Communicating with external artist teams. Managing month report of artist account balances. Reporting accurately the monthly reports of the agent overseeing commissions. Covering colleagues for annual leave. Assisting with cashbook and bank reconciliation on Sage 200. Allocating payments on CRM. Raising all of team’s payment Requirements: Previous experience using Sage 200, or advanced Sage Line 50. Accounting or finance qualification is desirable.
