Safestay is a fast growing hostel operator. We are developing a brand of safe, high quality, superbly located hostels network and we are looking for up and coming stars. Our hostels are dynamic and aimed at young travelers exploring the world. We are not a conventional business. We want you to have fun and create memorable experiences to our guests. Creating a superb experience is all we are invested in and we think that is a combination of great hostel management skills with a great eye for hosting events. As the Assistant Hostel Manager, you support the senior management of the property. Duties will include overseeing all departments of the hostel with a focus on but not limited to Health and Safety, revenue, schedule rotas, training and meeting targets.
