These students will often have very diverse class, cultural, faith and Socio Economic backgrounds, combined with potential Learning Difficulties. The context including the socio-economic, cultural, class and sometimes, the pure serendipity of where you are born has long lasting impacts on the life chance of the students you work with. In this role, you will be thinking and analysing that once your work with a student is finished, where does that student go?
