Introducing Premier Pathways Teacher Training - School-based PGCE Programme spread over two academic years - Gain a PGCE, QTS and 60 Masters Credits - Year 1 – Pre-PGCE Year – Progressive support role (TA, Interventions, PPA, Team Teach, Instructor). - Year 2 – PGCE Year – Trainee Teacher Timetable (alongside completing PGCE content) - Salary for Year 1 £15,600 - Salary for Year 2 £17,550 - No PGCE cost Our salaried programme supports you financially, whilst both a University Tutor and Premier Pathways Mentor nurture your academic progress and wellbeing. The second year is when your PGCE will commence, taught by the highly esteemed University of Buckingham.
