Overview
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnering with a business undergoing a significant period of change to recruit a Financial Controller on an interim basis for a period of approximately 18 months to cover an internal secondment. As Financial Controller you will provide vital support and leadership to a finance team of c.15 and be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of the management accounts and presenting results to the Finance Director. You will deliver the Year End accounts and be the point of contact for external auditors. Regular performance reviews, coaching and recruitment for the team will also fall within your remit. The successful Financial Controller will be a qualified accountant with experience of managing sizeable teams. You must be comfortable working in a changing environment and be a motivational leader.
