An exciting permanent IT Technician role with a rapidly growing manufacturing business with multiple sites. Your new role As an IT Technician you will operate in a supportive capacity within the business. You will work on first line support for all incoming IT queries across the organisation whilst dealing efficiently with requests and performing escalation to 2nd/3rd Line Support where necessary. Building on this you will provide both an on-site and remote presence for IT related queries whilst assisting with internal IT schemes and projects. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will need previous experience operating as a 1st/2nd line engineer. Moreover, you will need confident communication skills, excellent time management and a high attention to detail.
