Overview

Ailsa Care Services deliver care and support to a large number of service users within their own homes across Scotland. We are currently seeking experienced Field Homecare Supervisors to join our care team in Renfrewshire. This post will be based in our Head Office in Renfrew. Key Skills A good understanding of the process of service delivery in a care at home setting, The ability to lead and motivate a team You will work Office hours Monday - Friday with additional On-call assistance. On-call duties based on a rotational pattern. Successful applicants will be required to undertake a PVG Scheme Membership. and to be registered with the SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council) within the first 6 months You must be qualified to SVQ 2 or above or willing to work towards it. Driver’s license and access to own vehicle is essential. Effectively manage relationships with Local Authorities Healthcare professionals Service Users and families Our Supervisors rotate between office and front line duties and are responsible for effectively managing their Team, allocating Shifts and completing Quality Audits and Assessments. We offer a good salary £20.000 PA, on-call allowance, travelling expenses, Holiday pay and we will support you with your personal development plan / SVQ and SSSC Qualifications.
