Overview

Client/IT Team Leader Chingford, Essex The client team leader will work with the Support Engineers on a key account for the business. You will be supporting a team of four Engineers and dealing with technical issues passed to you. You are responsible for maintaining the high standards expected from the client. You will supervise the team and assist with any tickets and support issues. You will be responsible for managing the team and making sure they are achieving individually and as a team. Experience Required • Previous experience with a ticketing system. · Previous team leader experience • ability to manage workloads and SLAS • Windows Server deployment and troubleshooting. • Experiencing managing monitoring systems (DESIRED) • Advanced Windows desktop support. • Virtualisation - VMware, HyperV. • 1 Years’ experience on a Help Desk. • Strong Customer service Ethos.
