We are seeking a passionate and career minded Compliance/Officer Manager who is excited about the opportunity to be part of our growth and success journey. The successful candidate will work closely with the founders to implement our office process, procedures and compliance systems. Key duties and areas of responsibility: Operations Management: Office/Facilities/Supplier Management IT/Support Project Work for Directors Compliance Management: Locum Compliance Process/Procedures and Audit Manage PSL of Umbrella Companies Management of Pre-Screening (PES) Locum point of contact - Handle all incoming Locum queries and escalate to Directors where necessary Update of Live Locum reports and boards Locum Reference Requests Raise Locum documentation: New Contracts, Contract Amendments and Contract Extensions Sales/Business Support Sales KPI Reporting, Contractor and Client Analysis Job Board posting, analysis, source reporting and spend analysis Consultant/Client KPI’s Commission Reports Client T&C’s/PSL/Tender Support HR Administration Staff amendment letters/documentation for Pay reviews, Holiday Amendments etc. Assisting as a point of contact with the HR representative to ensure update of the Employee Handbook and contract documentation to reflect the law Recording the Holidays & Sick of Staff Organising the 'Induction’ for new employees Social Media Implementing and maintaining a successful social media strategy Growing the company’s LinkedIn, Twitter, Google and Facebook profiles Develop our LinkedIn Careers Page Marketing, Targeted Mailshots and Candidate Acquisition Strategies Web Site Project managing the development of web content
