Overview
Orka Financial is looking to hire an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Transactional Manager to lead a busy finance team taking full ownership of implementing and improving processes. The role requires a hands on approach and a track record of managing change. The Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Transactional Manager position will report into stakeholders and deliver new concepts into senior management. Responsibilities will include: Ensuring ledgers are accurate and have adequate financial control Create and approve changes to processes (NetSuite) Ensure team are maintaining performance standards and following procedures Create and approve changes to processes Implement changes to include training of finance team Manage KPI’s with operations finance managers Set and report KPI’s for Finance Director Manage KPI’s with operations Finance Managers Staff reviews and performance Lead accounts payable, credit control & payroll Manage workloads and tasks of the finance team Key skills required Track record of implementing and improving processes Strong team leadership experience Excellent attention to detail including analytical skills Experience in managing change NetSuite Salary £45,000 - £50,000 company benefits
