Overview
My client who are large Housing Association are currently looking a Site Supervisor to work on Regeneration project in Preston. Currently looking for a Site Supervisor to work on a housing regeneration project. You would be working on a large refurbishment scheme managing new roofs, rewires and civils remodelling externals. As a vital member of the team you will be working alongside senior management, supervisors and the trades operatives. Your role will include; Organising sub contractors and direct labour on site to ensure the project runs smoothly and to deadlines Site inductions for all new operatives and tool box talks Organising all site documents and reports are produced on time Assist in the organising and ordering of materials Ensure the site and labour is meeting health and safety standards Manage multiple projects on the site - doors, kitchens, windows, refurb/refit Key skills; Experience working on regeneration work and civils SMSTS & First Aid Experience working on refurbishment schemes Organised and able to manage reports and documents including RAMS & Project plans Able to work to strict deadlines to ensure project is complete to deadlines and to budgets IT Skills MS Office, Excel UK Driving Licence This role is a temporary 6-9 months work great opportunity for somebody looking to progress.
