Overview
Due to expansion, this established law firm in Preston is looking to recruit an ambitious clinical negligence solicitor (likely NQ-2 years' PQE) within their recently formed Clinical Negligence Department. This is a newly created clinical negligence solicitor position, so its an exciting time in the growth and development of the team. You will have your own caseload of a variety of fast and multi-track clinical negligence and dental negligence matters. It's likely that you also assist with more complex cases to help build your knowledge and skills. You will be a clinical negligence solicitor (likely newly qualified to 2 years' PQE) with a background in clinical negligence during your training and/or post qualification and have gained experience in a range of pre-litigated and litigated cases. On offer is a competitive salary/bonus, negotiable depending on experience, together with career progression opportunities as this Preston based department grows.
